LED video processor (paperless conference system, ultra-thin integrated lifter) is the witness, witness and key equipment for the birth, growth and maturity of LED full-color display. Its advantages and disadvantages directly affect the display effect of LED display, LED The binding of the video processor to the display screen greatly facilitates the wide application of the end user and improves the depth of use of the LED display. Therefore, for LED display technicians, it is necessary to understand several common video processor troubleshooting methods.
First, the LED screen can not be displayed full screen
Problem phenomenon: The LED screen cannot display all the images of the input signal source, only partial images can be displayed.
Solution:
1. Set the "output width" value of the video processor to the LED screen width pixel point, and the "output height" value is the same as the LED screen height pixel point.
2. When the input signal is a computer signal, you need to set the video processor to the "full screen display" state.
Second, the LED screen can not be displayed locally
Problem phenomenon: LED screen can only display all the images of the computer desktop, can not only display part of the image, "partial display" is for the LED screen display computer signal settings.
Solution:
1. Set the video processor to the "partial display" state.
2. Set the resolution of the computer output to be greater than or equal to the resolution of the LED screen (sometimes you need to set the computer output resolution to be the same as the output resolution of the video processor)
Third, VGA input, screen offset (paperless conference system, ultra-thin one lift)
Problem phenomenon: When the VGA input signal is selected, the LED screen displays the screen offset.
Solution:
1. Select the VGA input and keep displaying the VGA signal.
2. Press the VGA AUTO button to automatically correct. For some models, you need to press the VGA button first, then press the AUTO button to start the automatic calibration.
3. Ensure that the signal entering the VGA input port is not disturbed and the signal amplitude meets the requirements.

Fourth, LED screen image centered display, dissatisfied screen
Problem phenomenon:
1. When the computer input signal is selected (VGA, DVI or HDMI, etc.), the processor settings are correct, but the desktop image of the computer is displayed on the LED screen.
2. The output resolution of the computer graphics card is set to a different value, and the input resolution displayed by the LCD of the processor is a fixed value. Such as: always shows 2048x1152_60Hz.
Analysis of the cause: The VGA, DVI or HDMI receiving port contains EDID data. The EDID data contains all the resolution formats that the interface can recognize and the information that can identify the best resolution format. After some computer graphics cards are connected to the VGA, DVI or HDM port of the processor, the output resolution of the computer graphics card will be output by default and the best resolution format that the processor can recognize. The resolution set by the computer graphics card is only the resolution of the effective image displayed, and is centered.
Solution:
Change the zoom option of the graphics card VGA/DVI/HDMI output and set it to zoom so that the output is full screen. In the work, different graphics cards, different operating systems and even different versions of the operating system, the location of the settings in the system is not the same, we will follow the common XP and WIN7 system graphics card detailed steps are as follows:
1).Win7 system NVDIA+INTEL dual graphics notebook
Right click on the blank space on the desktop and select "Graphics Options" → "Screen Adaptation" → "Digital TV" → "Zoom Full Screen" in the pop-up menu, then the DVI signal is set to full screen output.
Right click on the blank space on the desktop, select "Graphic Properties, enter the intel graphics and media control panel in the pop-up menu, under the "Display" → "General Settings" menu, select the display to display it digitally, and set the zoom option to Custom Latitude. Ratio, width and height are set to 100%.
2).Win XP system ATI graphics card
Right click on the blank space on the desktop, select "ATI Control Panel" in the pop-up menu, then select "Digital Panel [DVI]" → "Zoom Option" in the ATI Control Panel, set it to "Overscan 0%", then DVI The signal is set to full screen output.
3).WIN7 system ATI graphics card
Right click on the blank space on the desktop, select "ATI Control Panel" in the pop-up menu, then select "My Digital Plane Panel" → "Zoom Options (Digital Flat Panel)" in the ATI Control Panel and set it to "Overscan 0" %", the DVI signal is set to full screen output. (Paperless conference system, ultra-thin one lift)
5. After the video card is connected to the LED video processor, the sound card has no sound output
Problem phenomenon: After the computer graphics card DVI or HDMI is connected to the processor, the sound card has no sound output. When the DVI or HDMI cable is unplugged, the sound output of the sound card is normal.
Analysis of the cause: The HDMI interface can transmit both image and sound signals. Currently, most graphics cards support HDMI output. That is to say, using the DVI interface, the internal processing scheme of the graphics card also uses the HDMI method. Therefore, the graphics card also has a sound output function, the computer sound can be selected from the sound card output, or can choose to output from the graphics card. If the video card HDMI is set as the default sound output device, the computer sound will be output from the graphics card by default after the computer graphics card DVI or HDMI is connected to the processor, so the sound card has no sound output.
Solution: Set the sound card to be the default sound output device of the computer. Different operating system settings interface and method are different. We use Win7 as an example.
Win7 system: Right click on the speaker icon in the task bar and select "Play Device" to set "Speaker" as the default sound output device (paperless conference system, ultra-thin one lift)
